ABOUT HEP

Holly Energy Partners (HEP) is a Delaware limited partnership, formed in 2004 by HollyFrontier, and headquartered in Dallas, Texas. HEP provides petroleum product and crude oil transportation, terminalling, storage, and throughput services to the petroleum industry, including HollyFrontier Corporation subsidiaries. This Partnership, through its subsidiaries and joint ventures, owns and/or operates petroleum product and crude gathering pipelines, tankage, and terminals in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, New Mexico, Utah, Nevada, Wyoming, Idaho, and Washington, as well as refinery processing units in Kansas, Utah, and Washington.

The Woods Cross Response Zone is located within Davis, Millard, Salt Lake, Tooele, and Juab counties of Utah. This Response Zone consists of an approximately 227.3-mile portion of the UNEV pipeline system (total 415.5 miles in length) from MP 0.0 to MP 227.3, as well as four (4) other pipelines connecting third-party facilities. The Response Zone also maintains a terminal that receives refined products from the HollyFrontier Woods Cross Refinery via pipelines and distributes the product via trucks.
